Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with what you order. Here's how returns work.

Our Returns Policy

As a matter of store policy, you can cancel most orders within 14 days of receipt, without needing to give a reason. Email ask@mirelana.com with your order number within this window to start the process.

Returns Window

Once your cancellation is confirmed, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. Items must be:

  • Unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • In original packaging, with any seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Hygiene Exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on the following once opened or unsealed:

  • Skincare, cosmetics, and anything with a broken hygiene seal
  • Beauty tools that touch the skin directly (e.g. facial devices, applicators)

This doesn't affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or wrong, email ask@mirelana.com within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We'll sort a replacement or full refund, and cover the return cost.

Refund Timeline

Once we've received and checked your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, with confirmation by email.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage is the customer's responsibility. We'd recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Delivery Delays

Because some items ship from supplier warehouses, delivery can occasionally take longer than expected. If your order is taking longer than the estimate shown at checkout, contact us and we'll look into it.
